Will my dog stay in a cage?我的狗会被关笼吗？
No. Dogs move freely around the home. Crates are only for travel, medical needs, or rest breaks.不会。狗狗在家里可以自由活动，笼子只在接送、看病或需要休息时才用。
Will I get daily updates?我会每天收到更新吗？
Yes. We send photos and videos every day.会，每天都会有照片和视频。
Is someone there overnight?晚上有人在吗？
Yes. WOH is a real home, not a shop that closes at night.有。WOH 是一个真实的家，不是晚上关门就走人的店。
Can my shy or sensitive dog come?我家狗狗比较怕生或敏感，可以来吗？
Often, yes. We check temperament first, and some dogs just need a slower start.多数可以。我们会先了解性格，有些狗狗只是需要慢慢来。
Do you provide pickup and drop-off?有接送服务吗？
Yes, Pet Taxi can be arranged. Crates are only used during the ride.有，可以安排宠物接送，笼子只在路上用。
Can I visit first?可以先来看看吗？
Yes, especially if this is your dog's first boarding stay. Just ask us.可以，尤其是第一次寄宿的话，直接问我们就好。
What should I prepare?我需要准备什么？
Food, feeding notes, medication if any, a leash, and something familiar.食物、喂食说明、药物（如果有）、牵绳，还有一样狗狗熟悉的小东西。
Do you accept every dog?每只狗都会接吗？
No. We check size, temperament, and dates first, so the home stays calm.不是。我们会先看体型、性格和日期，这样家里才比较平静。
